NRI Property Hub is free to read and is funded by advertising. We think you are owed a plain account of how that money works and, just as importantly, how it does not touch what we write.
How the site is funded
The site is supported by advertising, which may include ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. Advertisers bid to show you ads; we do not choose the individual advertisers, and the presence of an ad is not an endorsement of it. How advertising cookies work is described in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising does not influence our content
Advertisers have no input into our guides, our calculators or our recommendations. No advertiser sees content before it is published, and nothing is written, softened or omitted to suit one. The guidance you read would be identical if the ads were switched off tomorrow.
What we never do
We are not a broker, developer, bank or adviser, and we take no commission on any transaction. No developer, builder, bank or agent pays us for coverage, for a mention, or for placement, and we never recommend a specific property or project in exchange for payment. When we point to a particular city or locality, it is because our research led there, not because someone paid for the referral.

We do not currently use affiliate links. If that ever changes, we will disclose it clearly, both on this page and on any page that carries such a link, so you always know when a link could earn us a commission.
Why this matters
Independence is the whole point of an information site in a market crowded with sellers. Keeping advertising strictly separate from editorial is how we stay useful to you rather than to an advertiser. The fuller picture of how we research and review is in our editorial policy.
